Dart utilizes the 2003 Wal-Mart exclusive 12" Dart figure. He's made to look like the 2002 3 3/4" version of Dart. This figure looks kind of goofy around the head since he's got long hair. The 3 3/4" version has his hair tied back, but this 12" figure is letting it all flow out. Since the hair's molded plastic, it's hard to properly fit the helmet on there. Oh well.
