Major Bludd here is a figure that I should've started working on much sooner. I don't know why I slacked on him, I just didn't attempt to change him at all. Anyways, the base figure is the 1994 Hall of Fame Major Bludd made to look like the 1983 3 3/4" figure.

The 1983 Major Bludd has this weird cybernetic/robotic arm thing that was never explained. The arm is molded as an entire piece, with the only articulation at the shoulder, and the hand has only 3 fingers. None of the later versions has this arm, and his hand is normal on all of them. I kind of think of that arm as a kind of metal shell encasing, with maybe some robotics built in so he could lift more than he would under normal circumstances. Whatever the case, it seemed really hard for me to replicate that, so I just sewed on a shiny black sleeve and gave him an elbow pad and glove. Sure, it's stretching it a bit, but it also helps explain why that arm thing is nowhere to be found on other Major Bludd figures.

Did any of that make sense?
