Rapid Fire uses the Hall of Fame Rapid Fire figure. The 12 inch figure looks much better than the 1990 3 3/4 inch figure would on its best day, but I changed him 'cause I'm stubborn like that. Looking at him, I think the color changes of his pouches and watches make him look fine, unlike his dimunitive neon counterpart.
