Roadblock is the Hall of Fame Roadblock figure. This figure has a color change ability. Somehow you can make more camouflage appear on him in water. To date, I have not been able to do this. However, I did buy him on the secondary market, so it is possible that his color change feature no longer functions. I made his uniform resemble his 1984 figure.
