Rock and Roll is the Hall of Fame Rock and Roll figure. (Try saying that 5 times fast!) He's made to look like his 1989 figure, which I think is a really cool sculpt. True, it would've been easier to make him resemble the 1982 figure, but then I couldn't make his hat bandolier!
