Well crap. There's only one week of vacation left and I haven't nearly done enough nothing as I'd hoped. Oh, and somewhat due to this, I'll be more or less moving my stuff back into my apartment tomorrow. Over the weekend I'll be in Vegas with my cousin so I won't be able to really move back on Sunday. I have to move most of my stuff in tomorrow since I don't wanna be stuck in New Year's traffic. Therefore, my rare vacation updates will soon become rarer. Or something.

Well, I've been neglecting this thing, haven't I? I got a bunch of DVDs for Christmas and a lot of clothes that I'm sure I need but pretend I won't. Nothing else too exciting is going on, but hopefully that'll change in a few days.

Ok I swear I totally have a reason for not updating. I give you G.I. Joe: The Final Frontier. It's a dio-story I only recommend for those with a high-speed connection. there's 20 pages to scroll through and 77 jpegs to download.

Spent the day with Ken, went to Disneyland, watched a movie when we got home. That is all.

Today mom and I bought a Christmas tree for the house. For those of you unaware, we traditionally have one real tree and one fake tree in our house during Christmas time. Why? Beats the hell outta me. Oddly enough, the fake tree is the one that's decorated with Christmas imagery and given presents. The real tree sits in the back of the house, decorated with Hallmark ornaments of superhero, Star Trek, and Star Wars stuff. I keep trying to tell mom that the real tree should be the one given all the nice stuff, but to no avail. Whatever.

I'm back home again. Finals went about as well as can be expected, though I'm a little worried about my grade in Poli Sci. I did so-so in the class, but even with all the stuff we've had to turn in, we haven't received any grade updates this entire quarter.
So now I'm officially on Winter Break, even though I've enjoyed it for almost a week now. What to do though? Should I just enjoy my break or work at Edward's again for a few weeks? Does anybody wanna do something? My schedule is, for the moment, largely free.

I'm back at the SD apartment until tomorrow evening for finals. Since I took my computer home with me last weekend, I'm typing this on my roommates' outdated comp.
I began to think as I drove back down today that I tend to go home just about every weekend. So does that make me a quasi-commuter student? I live in the area of college for as long as I have to and go home as often as I can. I'm a commuter student as well as local student. Odd set up, don't you think?

I'll be driving back to school tomorrow afternoon to take my two finals on Friday. I don't really have to worry about them that much, but I do have to finish my readings for one of the classes. Oh well.

I cut my left index finger pretty bad yesterday with a pointy screw. I'm not sure if it hurt more when I cut it or when I added the bactine. The cut doesn't look so bad that I'll need stitches, but it's definitely substantial enough to probably leave a scar. Why am I so accident-prone??

Hmm, the new Battlestar: Galactica looks promising, if a little odd...

So, uh, I guess this is mine:
It's a 30 - 30 Winchester my dad found in the closet of my grandmother's house. The thing's been in there for decades and it's likely that I was the first person to fire it.

I went back home yesterday for the weekend, but it's more like an early start to Winter Break. See, through some odd fluke, I only have 2 finals this quarter, and they're both on Friday. So I have a lot of free time to kill until then and I'd rather not spend it cooped up in my apartment with nothing to do. I've more or less moved out for the break already, and my computer's set up in my bedroom. I'll probably drive back down to SD Thursday afternoon and come back the next night for my finals.

For the past couple of days I've been experiencing a nausea in the pit of my stomach. I think it's been cause by my nervousness at completing first my Vis Arts project and then my Poli Sci paper. You know that adrenaline rush you get in times of high anxiety? Yeah, I've been feeling that off and on since Monday. This has NOT been a good week.

It's almost 6 pm and I'm only halfway through my project that's due tomorrow. Well, I suppose that's better than nothing.... Back to work I go.

I had a really busy weekend and an even busier week. I have two major things due by Wednesday, so don't expect me to be too chatty in the next couple of days.
