This is an update of the original 1982 Cobra generic trooper. I made him using a 2001 Laser-Viper head, a 1991 Dusty chest, 1989 Recoil arms, 1990 Sonic Fighters Tunnel Rat waist and left thigh, 2001 Big Brawler right thigh, and feet from the 1985 Tomax.
