I made this update of the 1982 Cobra Officer from a 1988 Armadillo head, a 1990 Stretcher torso, 1989 Downtown arms, a 2001 Big Brawler waist, the right thigh from 1987 Chuckles, the left thigh from 1988 Hardball, and feet from the 1991 Major Bludd.
