Cougar is supposedly me if I were an original member of the G.I. Joe team. Originally, his head was a repainted 1982 Steeler, but that is currently going to another custom. In its place is a Chap Mei Soldier Force head. The chest comes from a 1982 Steeler, the arms from a 1983 Hawk, the waist from a 1983 Steeler, and the legs from a 1982 Flash. This was my very first custom, and while it proved I had some ability, I'm not too fond of the way he turned out.
