Mangler was a cannon-fodder character who made his first and last appearance in G.I. Joe: Special Missions #13. He was basically there for you to feel sorry for Lightfoot.
I made him from a 1988 Spearhead head, 1991 Grunt torso, 1994 Lifeline arms, and a 1985 Footloose waist and legs. It's a pity you can't really make out the darker green camo on the chest in this picture.
