I always wanted a Wet-Suit outside of his Scuba Gear. I mean, he wouldn't wear that thing all the time! Case in point: in G.I. Joe Yearbook #4, Torpedo and Wet-Suit sneak onto Cobra Island to kidnap Cobra Commander. One of the first thuings they do when they land is change into their BDU's. My figure here takes his look from that appearance. The head is from the 2002 GvC Wave 1 Wetsuit, the torso comes from the 2002 GvC Wave 4 Dusty, the arms from the 2002 Wave 3 Flint, and the waist and legs are from the 2003 GvC Wave 5 Chief Torpedo. The booney originally belonged to the 2003 GvC Cross Hair, and the slightly-modified harness came from the aforementioned Dusty. I like that Torpedo and Wet-Suit share the same pants; it kind of gives them uniformity.
